Shipping Methods
At this moment, we only offer standard shipping to Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei.
Shipping Time
Once your order have been processed and shipped, you will received a tracking number to monitor it's progress. Usually it will takes 3-7 business days.
Please note that processing time may be longer due to unexpected circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the product and locations. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout before finalising your purchase.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please immediately contact our customer service via email hello@allegriamy.com and include your new shipping address.
Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore. Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect address.
Lost Parcel
In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, please immediately email us at hello@allegriamy.com. Our customer service team will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the order as soon as possible.
