Q : Can I return or exchange the product?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. There is no returns or exchanges except for items damaged or flawed in transit.
Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order.
Q : How to deal with, if the item is damaged or flawed?
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged or flawed item. Each item is shipped and inspected by us personally and will not be shipped with any defects. However, if the items arrives to you damaged or flawed
- please email our customer service team at hello@allegriamy.com within 3 days from delivery (Delivery Date) to inform us of the issue. Unboxing video and picture are necessary as proof for damaged or flawed cases;
- after confirming the product has quality defects, you need to arrange return within 3 days (Return Period) and share with us the tracking details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
- if we receive an item that does not meet the return conditions below, we will not be able to accept the return. We will charge you for the shipping cost to send the item back to you;
- the order must be returned in its original packaging
- the item must not be used
- orders returned outside the Delivery Date & Return Period will not be accepted.
We will arrange refund to your original payment method which will take 3-7 business days, provided it meets our return conditions.
